Sandwich dumplings

Ingredients


  • 8 slices bread
  • Lurpak Softest Butter
  • 8 slices ham
  • 4 slices cheese, halved diagonally

    Using a round cookie cutter or the back of the dumpling maker, cut a circle out of each slice of bread the same size as the dumpling mould.

    Butter one side of each bread round. Place one bread round, buttered-side up, into dumpling maker. Top with 1 slice of ham and piece of cheese. Close dumpling maker, pressing firmly to secure.

    Repeat with remaining bread rounds, ham and cheese.
