Ham and Broccoli Topped Baked Potato

Ingredients


  • ½ cup small broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons diced lower-sodium ham
  • 1 6-ounce russet potato, baked
  • 1 tablespoon plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup finely shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese

Description

In a small microwave-safe bowl, cook broccoli until just tender. Heat diced ham. Top potato with ham, broccoli, yogurt, and cheese.
