Halloween graveyard cake

Ingredients


  • black icing writing tube
  • 3 biscoff biscuits
  • 2 x 600g Woolworths chocolate mud cakes
  • 400g tub chocolate frosting
  • 125g plain chocolate biscuits, crushed
  • Sour worms, eyeball candies, Halloween sprinkles, to decorate

    Using the writing icing tube, write “RIP” on one half of each Biscoff biscuit for the headstones.

    Remove the packaging from the mud cakes. Place one on a serving plate, icing side up. Spread a thin layer of frosting over mud cake icing. Sandwich with remaining mud cake, icing side down. Spread remaining icing over top and side of cake.

    Press half the crushed biscuits around the edge of the cake. Sprinkle the remaining crushed biscuits over the top of the cake to create chocolate 'dirt'. Press the headstones into the top of the cake. Decorate the top and side of the cake with worms. Sprinkle with the eyeball candies and Halloween sprinkles. Serve.
