Cleansing breakfast smoothie

Ingredients


  • 250 ml (9 fl oz/1 cup) coconut water
  • 30 g (1 oz) vanilla protein powder
  • 15 g (1/2 oz) almonds
  • 1 or 2 kale leaves, stems & spines removed, shredded
  • 1/2 granny smith apple, cored
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3-4 ice cubes

    Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
